How we handle information when you visit our website or contact Sustainabite Fresh Farms.

When you contact us

Our enquiry form asks for your name, email address and enquiry category. You may also provide a project location and message. If you select a consulting topic or container model, that context is included with your enquiry. We use this information to review your request, respond and manage the resulting conversation.

Container farm and investor enquiries are sent to Pankaj Bagga, with Ranjot Singh Dhaliwal copied. Consulting, fresh basil and general enquiries are sent to Ranjot. You can also email our team directly.

Our form uses Cloudflare to receive and check submissions, and Google Apps Script to send the enquiry to our team by email. These services process the information needed to deliver your message.

Hosting and security

Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. It processes technical request information, such as your IP address, browser and connection information, and requests for website pages. Hosting and security services also produce operational records and traffic statistics.

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish people from bots. Turnstile processes IP, browser and connection signals for security checks. Our enquiry service also uses submission references, timestamps and derived security identifiers to limit spam and prevent duplicate messages.

Cloudflare and Google operate internationally, so information handled by these services may be processed outside Canada. Read Cloudflare's privacy policy, its Turnstile privacy notice and Google's privacy policy for their practices.

Drafts and enquiry records

While you write, the form saves a draft in this browser tab so you can return to it. Drafts can be restored for up to 24 hours after the last save. The form attempts to remove the draft after a confirmed successful submission. You can clear this site's browser storage to remove locally saved information.

Enquiry emails and follow-up correspondence remain separate from browser drafts and technical security records. The draft expiry does not delete messages already sent to our team. Contact us about information you have sent or a request to delete it.

Optional website analytics

We load Google Analytics only after you accept analytics. Rejecting optional analytics does not affect browsing or enquiries. You can accept, reject or change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer.

If you accept, Google uses cookies and pseudonymous browser and session identifiers to measure visits and returning visits. We also measure selected service and model navigation, opening the pricing question, labour choices, scroll milestones and enquiry steps, including direct email clicks. Google receives these events and technical information such as browser, device, language, screen size and network address when your browser connects. This is not anonymous data, and scroll milestones do not establish that an article was read.

Our analytics events use fixed page names, broad referral categories and selected enquiry categories, consulting topics or container models. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, project locations, enquiry text or submission identifiers. Page addresses exclude queries and fragments, and we do not send the referring URL. We do not use advertising tracking, Google Signals, account user IDs, heatmaps or session replay. Automatic form and link capture is disabled.

Your analytics choice is stored in this browser for up to 30 days. Analytics cookies are also set for up to 30 days, without extending their expiry on each visit. Choosing Reject optional stops further Analytics collection and removes this site's Analytics cookies where possible. Withdrawal does not remove information already sent to Google. If browser restrictions prevent a choice from being saved, the page reports that limitation; an earlier saved choice may return on a future visit.

Browser storage expiry is separate from Google's retention settings. Our Analytics property is configured for 2 months of event-level retention and 14 months of user-level retention. New activity resets the user-level period. These limits do not govern standard aggregated reports. See Google's retention explanation and privacy policy.

Enquiry drafts and the Cloudflare hosting and security processing described above remain separate from optional analytics.
