At Sustainabite Fresh Farms, we are dedicated to providing the freshest produce and highest quality products to our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please review our policy details below.

No Return and No Refund Policy

We have a strict no return and no refund policy. This means that all sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded due to the perishable nature of our products.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. In such cases, we will evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact us at rdhaliwal@sustainabite.ca for assistance.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
